Farm Raised Pork

Local Pork
**We will not be raising pork in 2025. We do have some in stock from our late fall processing.
Each summer we personally raise a small herd of hogs that are processed in the fall. These are Berkshire/Duroc cross hogs. The meat will be bright, sweet and creamy. They are raised in a large fenced wood lot style area on our property in Nokesville. We feed them lots of produce in addition to a locally sourced hog grower feed mix. Processing is done through Gore's in Shenandoah which is a USDA butcher facility. Select cuts are then smoked through Baker's Pork.
